OUR STORY

Nate & Kayla Netz purchased the campground in 2023 from Kayla’s parents, Brad & Kay, who previously owned it since 2007.  The campground has been a staple on South Twin Lake and the Chicog Township for many years. The campground was started in the 1950’s and has been bringing families together ever since! We often hear stories of all the memories our guests have had here and we are excited to make more memories at Shangri-La! If you aren’t familiar, the campground was called Shangri-La many years ago, so when we were trying to think of a name, it made sense to go back to the roots!
