CABIN & CAMPSITE POLICIES

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. The remaining balance will automatically be charged to your credit card 15 days before your arrival, if other arrangements are not made. If you are booking less than 15 days in advance, you will be charged the full amount.

Tax not included. State & County tax is 5.5%

A reservation includes 1 camping unit or cabin. Adding additional tents/RVs to the campsite/cabin requires an additional fee.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES

Cabin Check in: After 2 PM on day of arrival

Cabin Check out: Before 10 AM on day of departure

Campsite check in: After 1 PM on day of arrival

Campsite check out: Before 12 PM on day of departure

NIGHT MINIMUMS

Friday & Saturday nights must be booked together for all campsites & cabins, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

No Saturday check in/check outs for campsites & cabins, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

A two-night minimum stay is required for all campsites* & cabins

A three-night minimum stay is required for holiday weeks and/or holiday weekends (Memorial Day Weekend, 4thof July, Labor Day Weekend)

*One-night stays in campsites may be allowed if there is availability.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

No-Show Policy:

Reservations will be held (with full payment & all payment policies followed) until the end of the day on the guest’s arrival date. No show/no call will be considered a last-minute cancellation and are not eligible for refunds. The site/cabin will be not be held.

Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellations are received more than 15 days prior to your arrival, you may receive a refund minus a $5 per day booking fee for campsites and/or a $10 per day booking fee for cabins.

If cancellations are received less than 15 days prior to your arrival, there is no refund.

PET POLICY

We allow dogs in the campground. There is an additional $25.00 cleaning fee for pets staying in our cabins. Pets are not allowed on the beach. Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pet(s) on a leash at all times & cleaning up after your pet. Please remember to try your best to keep your dog quiet & within your site at all times, so they do not disturb other campers. Do not leave pets unattended. Campground owners are not responsible for any injury or accidents that may be caused by your pet.

QUIET TIME

While quiet time is 12 AM to 8 AM, please be courteous to your neighbors at all times. Limit hollering, cursing, and have your music at a respectable level. No loud volumes of any kind and do your best to keep your voices within your campsite/cabin area.

Please note: Our campground was built in the 1950’s, campsites are in close proximity to each other & may be smaller than normal campsites. Please be courteous to your neighbors & do not walk through other sites.

GOLF CARTS & ATV/UTV'S

Speed limit in campground is 10 MPH
Operators must be 18 years of age to drive a golf cart or ATV/UTV within the campground. Children are not permitted to drive with an adult.
Operators under 18 years old will be allowed to drive an ATV/UTV from the campsite/cabin to Bald Eagle Drive only which is an ATV trail
Do NOT overload golf carts or ATV/UTV’s, everyone riding must be seated at all times, and limit joy riding.
Golf Carts/ATV/UTV’s are allowed on the driveway only. Do not cut through any campsites or drive/park on the lawn by the bar without permission.
Campground owners reserve the right to remove driving privileges within the campground at any time.

DOCK USE

The docks can be used to fish off of; however, please stay off any boats/pontoons & pick up any garbage.
If you are bringing a boat, inquire at office where to dock boat.
Dock use is at your own risk.

FIREWOOD

Firewood is for sale at the campground. Inquire at the office. Firewood will not be delivered after 8 PM, so please plan ahead.

MISC.

It is your responsibility to keep an eye on your children at all times.
All trash must be disposed of in our dumpsters. Household garbage only! No large items.
Swimming, Beach, Docks, Lake and Playground use is at your own risk!
No fireworks allowed within the campground at any time!
Campground owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind.
Any violation of the campground rules may result in eviction without a refund.
